Police seek witnesses to arcade assault

A two-year-old girl was injured when a glass bottle was thrown in Skegness.
The incident occurred at the Lucky Strike Amusement Arcade on the Grand Parade, Skegness, at around 4.20pm on Saturday afternoon.
The girl was struck on the head and taken to hospital for treatment, but she is not thought to be seriously hurt.
A 41-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH).
She has been remanded to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 2 March.)
Officers believe several people witnessed the event, with some reportedly commenting online about it. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact them directly to aid in the investigation.
The suspect is described as white, about 40 years old, of slim build, with long dark hair, wearing a yellow coat and tweed trousers. Anyone who saw her before or after the incident, or who witnessed the event, is encouraged to come forward.
