The family of man who died following a collision between his motorbike and a van in Louth yesterday (4th February) have paid tribute to him.

48-year-old Gary Pidgley was pronounced dead after the crash on North Holme Road.

"a selfless man and would do anything for anybody"

His partner Tara Woods has said: "Gary, a father who had 4 daughters and a 9 month old son, who he adored. He was a very good friend, a loving father and wonderful partner to me. He was cheeky, with the best laugh and sense of humour.

"He was a selfless man and would do anything for anybody without hesitation. He will be sorely missed.

"Gary, was my person, and I was his. We had so many plans. Our lives will never be the same. I love him so much and will forever miss him. His loss is beyond words."

"The family have asked for privacy at this time to allow them to start to grieve and come to terms with their loss."
