Fire crews tackle blaze at recycling plant near Grantham

Firefighters have been tackling a "large fire" at a recycling plant near Grantham.
Lincolnshire Police said the fire at Mid UK Recycling, in Barkston Heath, was reported at about 5.20pm on Saturday (18 October).
People in nearby villages including Sudbrooke, Ancaster, and Barkson were warned to keep doors and windows closed because of smoke.
Motorists were also warned to drive with care as smoke affected the nearby A52.
In a post on X on Sunday morning, Lincolnshire Police Drones said the fire was under control.
There have been no reported injuries.
