Man, 64, charged with causing death of cyclist in Hogsthorpe

A 64-year-old man's due in court following a collision which left a cyclist dead in Hogsthorpe.

David Graham, of Beresford Drive, Sudbrooke, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

His summoning to court follows an investigation into a crash between a white Vauxhall Combo Van and a bike.

The two collided on Sloothby High Lane on 29 November 2024.

The cyclist, a 38-year-old man, died.

Graham is due at Boston Magistrates' Court on 22 July 2026.
