Ten charged in suspected county lines drug supply in Lincolnshire and Surrey

Investigation targets alleged cocaine and cannabis network

Ten individuals have been charged following an in-depth investigation into the alleged supply of cocaine and cannabis through a county lines network connecting Lincolnshire and Surrey.

The investigation has led to appearances at Lincoln Magistrates Court and Croydon Magistrates Court, with several individuals already remanded into custody.

Catalin-Marius Badaric, 32, of Coleridge Gardens, Lincoln, and Andrei-vasile Ciocirlan, 26, of Argyle Street, Boston, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 10th and 11th June respectively, both charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, a class A drug, in Lincoln.

Michaela Gandey, 35, aka Palmer, and Stefan Nastase, 29, of Burrows Close, Waddington, have been charged with conspiring to supply cocaine in Surrey and Lincolnshire and cannabis in Lincolnshire.

Vasile-Laurentiu Nastase, 42, of no fixed address, was also charged with conspiring to supply cocaine in Lincoln.

Furthermore, four individuals appeared at Croydon Magistrates Court on 4th June, including Stefan Gjoka, aka Antonio Cangiano, 36, of Steeplands, Bushey, Watford, and Kevi BYLYKBASHI, 31, of High Street, Stratford, London, both charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine in Surrey and Lincolnshire.

Artur SYLAJ, 47, of Asburton Road, Croydon, and Pellumb MINO, 41, of Lanchester Way, Lewisham, London, were charged with conspiring to supply cocaine in Surrey.

The tenth person, Valentin Petcu, 39, of Horton Street, Lincoln, faces conspiracy charges related to cocaine supply and will appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court on 12th June 2026.

The investigation continues as proceedings move to Lincoln Crown Court.
