Company charged with corporate manslaughter

A Spalding company has been charged with corporate manslaughter over the death of a worker in 2021.

Paul Johnson died after being seriously injured at a site in South Luffenham in April of that year.

A 58-year-old man are due in court tomorrow.

They are set to appear at Leicester Magistrates.
