Boy charged with possession of a knife in Boston

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with possession of a knife in a public place.

He was arrested yesterday (10 April) evening on Argyle Street in Boston.

The knife was located and seized by Authorised Firearms Officers (AFO) who were deployed to the incident.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been bailed and will appear in court at a later date.
