Boston man in court charged over A17 collision
The charge comes after the death of a 20 month old boy on the Holdingham roundabout in March last year
A 32-year-old man from Boston has been charged by Lincolnshire Police in the force's investigation into a road traffic collision on the A17.
Hristo Iliev, of Hide Close, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
The charges follow an investigation into a three-vehicle collision on the A17 approaching Holdingham roundabout, Sleaford on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 which sadly led to the death of a 20-month-old boy, Finley Baker, and seriously injured a driver in one of the vehicles involved.
Mr Iliev is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on 23 April 2026.
