Police seek information following incident involving white BMW
Police are appealing for information following an incident where a cyclist was struck by a car on Gonerby Hill Foot near Grantham on Saturday, 15th August.
The incident occurred at approximately 10.45pm on the B1174 single carriageway, as the cyclist was heading towards Great Gonerby village.
The cyclist, who was wearing a high visibility jacket and helmet, was riding a beige Carrera Crossland hybrid bicycle with lights on when the nearside wing mirror of a white BMW 3 Series hit him and became detached.
The BMW, suspected to be from the 2008 to 2012 range, was travelling towards the A1 and featured black wing mirrors.
Police are prioritising the identification of the car's driver and are urging anyone with CCTV or doorbell footage from the area to come forward.
