Woman in hospital with life threatening injuries in Preston

A woman in her 70s is in hospital with life threatening injuries following a road traffic collision on Sharoe Green Lane, Preston.
The pedestrian was involved in the incident shorlty before 7pm on Friday.
Sgt Bex Price, of our Roads Policing Unit said:
“A woman has been left with life threatening injuries following this collision and our thoughts remain with her and her loved ones at this time.
“We are in the early stages of our investigation and I am appealing directly to you, the public, for your assistance. If you have dashcam or CCTV footage of the collision, please do get in touch with us.”
