Windy Harbour Holiday Park has been honoured with a prestigious ROSE award from VisitEngland, recognising its commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
The ROSE awards, standing for Recognition of Service Excellence, are granted annually to just 100 accommodation businesses across England by VisitEngland.
Windy Harbour was selected for its world-class service, from the welcoming arrival to the departure of guests, and is part of Partington’s Holiday Parks located near Lancashire's picturesque countryside.
VisitEngland evaluates businesses based on quality assessments, customer feedback and online reviews, seeking providers who demonstrate innovation and exceptional service.
Partington’s Holiday Parks CEO Rob Kearsley praised the efforts of Park Manager Shelley Jones and the team at Windy Harbour, highlighting their dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests.
The 2026 ROSE awards were presented on 8th September at The Post Barn in Newbury, embracing providers from hotels to holiday parks across the country.
