Two men jailed after assault and theft of bank cards and phone in Burnley

Two men have been jailed after assaulting a man and stealing his bank cards and phone in Burnley.

It happened on Church Street in April - when Charlie Lord, who's 31 and 40 year-old Anthony Waddington both of no fixed address punched and kicked their victim - stamped on his head and bashed it against a gate.

They admitted burglary.

Waddington's been sent to prison for four years and nine months - Lord for four years and one month.
