Family pay tribute to Dean Corbett following fatal crash on the A15
A man who died in a road crash on the A15 in North Lincolnshire has been identified as 34-year-old Dean Corbett, from Southport.
The collision occurred on Wednesday, 4th March, between the Broughton interchange and the Hibaldstow turnoff.
The crash involved a Ford Transit van, driven by Dean, a Renault T-Series HGV, and a Volvo car transporter.
Despite the efforts of emergency services at the scene, Dean died from his injuries.
Dean's family have paid tribute, describing him as a "beloved son, brother, uncle and boyfriend."
"Dean always had a smile on his face, had the funniest jokes to make people laugh, and would always have time for anyone no matter where he was in life."
"Dean was kind caring and funny with a big heart. His passing has left a massive void in all of us. He will be extremely missed."
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash or has CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them on 101, quoting log 129 of 4th March 2026.
