One man arrested following attempted murder
A man in his 30s was hospitalised following a stabbing in Blackpool yesterday afternoon.
The incident occurred in the Exchange Street and Cocker Street areas around 3:15pm.
According to police, the altercation involved three men, leading to one being stabbed.
The victim was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment, and his injuries are confirmed as not life-threatening.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
He remains in custody as officers, including armed units, attended the scene.
The police are actively working to locate and apprehend the second suspect, but it is being treated as an isolated incident.
