Man stabbed in the neck in Great Harwood

Officers are searching for the suspect

A man in his 30s has been stabbed in the neck in Great Harwood.

Police were called to Queen Street at 6.12pm on Wednesday 5 August following reports of a stabbing.

Officers, including armed police, found the man with a stab wound to his neck.

He was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.

An investigation has been launched, with enquiries to trace the suspect ongoing.

Officers say the victim and the suspect are known to each other and there's no wider threat to the community.
