50-year-old barred from entering the town centre for five years
A 50-year-old man has been prohibited from entering Chorley Town Centre for five years.
Preston Magistrates Court issued a Criminal Behaviour Order to Stephen Lowry on 13th March 2026 after three instances of criminal damage at business premises in the town.
The order bars Lowry from entering the specified zones on a map for the duration of five years.
