Lytham Festival cancels tonight's event

Organisers say it's due to 'adverse weather conditions'

This evening's music event at the Lytham Festival has been cancelled.

Organisers say the safety of customers, staff and artists is their priority and increasing high winds mean it would not be safe to go ahead.

People will receive a full refund for tonight’s show

Alanis Morrisette, Train and Lottery Winners were among the acts due to perform

It's not yet known if tomorrow's event will go ahead.
