Two brothers have been jailed for over five years each after burgling eight homes in Lancaster and Morecambe in one evening.

Sevi Conley, 30, and Neeve Conley, 24, travelled from Yorkshire to carry out the burglary spree on 25th January 2026.

They smashed in windows and doors of houses, stealing jewellery and other items including car keys.

Officers say the burglaries took place between 5.09pm and 8pm.

The pair were later arrested at a hotel in Leeds.

Both the men, of no fixed address, have been jailed for five years and eight months after pleading guilty to eight burglary offences.

Det Con Beth Andrews said “These two men travelled some distance to commit burglaries at houses in Lancaster and Morecambe in the space of a few hours.

“They went through all the rooms in many of the houses looking for items to steal, leaving their victims absolutely devastated."
