Lancashire Cricket voices anger over Livingstone dismissal but condemns online abuse
The club says it does not condone the misogynistic abuse
Lancashire County Cricket Club has formally raised its disappointment with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) after Liam Livingstone was controversially dismissed during Finals Day.
The all-rounder was given out LBW for 29, following a review by the TV umpire.
The club says it remains deeply frustrated by the decision but has made clear it does not condone the misogynistic abuse that has since appeared on social media.
In a statement, the club stressed that such behaviour is unacceptable, does not reflect the values of the club or the wider Red Rose family, and has no place in the game.
