'I'm a queen of my word': Drag Race UK's Kyran Thrax to bungee jump as Suzie Toot
The whole thing is happening to support the Lennox Children's Cancer Fund and is in aid of Kyran's nephew, Franco

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK S6 winner Kyran Thrax is preparing to undertake an unusual - and daring challenge - and doing it in full drag.
Kyran is set to dive into the exhilarating world of bungee jumping this Thursday (16 July), and what's setting the leap apart is the attire that's been chosen for the occasion, which will be nodding to American drag icon Suzie Toot - who set the challenge via a comment on Instagram.
The whole thing is happening to support Lennox Children's Cancer Fund, and celebrating the bravery of Kyran's 5-year-old nephew, Franco, who is currently undergoing treatment for leukaemia after being diagnosed last year.
The Lennox Children's Cancer Fund played a significant role in alleviating the emotional strain on the family by providing them with a cherished holiday retreat.
'Franco is my best friend in the world'
"Franco is just my best friend in the world - he's my biggest fan, my biggest cheerleader, and I am his.
"We've got matching tops, matching PJs, he sits with me whilst I'm doing my makeup, and he's absolutely everything to me," Kyran told Hits Radio Pride.
"When I was on Drag Race, the concept of the TV to him was that people were inside it - so, when we watched me on there, and I was also in the room, it was so cute to see his reaction.
"I genuinely think he's going to be a superstar.
"I've definitely influenced his confidence, I feel, because wherever there's a stage, he's on it!"
'Why AM I dressing up as Suzie Toot?!'
The challenge came about after Kyran started a trend with something only the power of the internet can achieve - asking social media what to do if the Insta account hit a milestone 200,000 followers.
It turned out the top comments were Suzie herself, and one from Franco's mum.
So, what did Kyran do? Of course, combine the two!
Kyran said: "Why am I dressing up as Suzie Toot?!
"That's definitely a good question, haha!
"We've had a good convo about it all, me and Suzie, when she was over here in London.
"I stormed the stage, and that's where I actually made the announcement I was doing this crazy thing, for charity.
"She's amazing, super supportive, and if I was going to have to do this in anybody else's drag, I'm glad it's hers!
"And I'm going to say now - if the wig comes off, it comes off.
"At this point, I'm not too concerned about that, but I'll pop a couple of pins in - but if they don't work, you know what, all the more iconic.
"Just imagine, me in a wig cap and this flaming red Suzie Toot wig catapulting off into the water!"
'I am petrified'
So, how are those nerves?
With the big day coming up fast, there's definitely one word that comes to mind - but, as Kyran said, it's all about keeping an open mind, knowing why you're doing it, and maybe... not thinking about it too much.
The Drag Race UK winner added: "I don't know if you can train for something like this, but I'll be honest, I'm just not thinking about it.
"I'm having to compartmentalise it all, and waiting for the day to come, because I am the most terrified person when it comes to bungee jumping, sky diving, and even rollercoasters.
"Literally anything that involves putting myself as a vessel into a situation where I'm moving quickly or falling... just no.
"I am petrified.
"And I'm not even putting that lightly - I've never been more scared to do anything in my entire life!
"And it's a completely different kind of nerves to what it was like on Drag Race.
"Being in front of RuPaul, the biggest nerves for me was that first day - because she was either going to get me, and love me, or she was going to hate it.
"Once I got through that first day, it was actually okay!
"This bungee jump, though, it's a real fear of life - I can't even think about it too deeply - but now the fundraiser is live, I'd just got to accept it.
"I am pretty excited in a way, because I've never done anything like this - and who knows, maybe I'll unlock a different part of me.
"It could even be a new brand, doing bungee jumps all over the country in full Suzie Toot drag!"
'It's beyond anything I could have hoped for'
Through JustGiving and social media outreach, Kyran has already garnered more than £6,000 for the charity, with the money raised aiming to support Lennox Children's Cancer Fund in its continued effort to assist families affected by cancer, offering them relief and moments of happiness amid challenging circumstances.
Kyran reflected: "Whenever I see how much money I've raised, I just get bombarded with emotion.
"It's beyond anything I could have hoped for."
