Man in critical condition after he drove Ebike into parked car in Fleetwood

An acquaintance of the rider reportedly took the Ebike and rode off without helping the man

A man is in critical condition after suffering serious head and leg injuries in an Ebike collision in Fleetwood.

Officers were called out to Brock Avenue at around 6.35pm yesterday (3rd February) to reports an Ebike collided with an unoccupied parked car.

The rider, a man in his 40s, fell from the bike and was taken to the hospital where he remains.

The Ebike, described as black and purple, was taken by someone believed to know the rider, and ridden away.

The rider didn't help the injured man.

A police investigation has been launched and officers are looking to find the Ebike and the person who took it.

Police are asking for witnesses or anyone with dashcam, CCTV, or Ring Doorbell footage from the area to assist with the investigation.
