Car clocked doing 121mph on M6 just north of Preston

Police have arrested a BMW driver on the M6 just north of Preston following a chase where a car was clocked doing 121 miles an hour.

The vehicle overtook an unmarked force car near Garstang.

Officers are also looking into whether the driver had been drinking.
