Teenager airlifted to hospital following Sittingbourne 'stabbing'
A 19 year old woman has been arrested in connection with the incident
A teenager's in a serious condition after it's believed he was stabbed in Sittingbourne overnight.
Police were called to Rectory Road just after midnight (27 February) where they found the victim with suspected stab wounds.
He was taken by air ambulance to a London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Later the same morning, a local woman, aged 19, was arrested on suspicion of assault and was taken into custody.
An investigation is underway and a cordon has been placed at Rectory Road in connection with the incident.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
