Murder investigation launched after stabbing in Gravesend
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection

Detectives have commenced a murder investigation following the death of a man in Gravesend.
Kent Police was called at 10.21pm on Tuesday 12 August 2025, to a disturbance involving a group of men and women outside a private property in Augustine Road.
Officers attended the scene where those involved had left before their arrival. A short time later a man in his 30s was taken to a local hospital with injuries consistent with stab wounds. He subsequently died whilst being treated.
On Wednesday 13 August, a 33-year-old man from Gravesend was arrested in connection with the incident. An investigation is underway with cordons in place in Augustine Road.
Investigators are appealing to any witnesses who have not yet spoken to the police to contact them.
