Motorcyclist dies in M25 crash
A van was involved in a collision with a motorbike at Junction 4
A man in his 60s has died following a collision between a van and a motorbike on junction four of the M25 in Kent.
The incident occurred at around 4.35pm on Wednesday (17th December) with Kent Police receiving the emergency call.
Officers arrived at the scene alongside crews from Kent Fire and Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service. Despite their efforts, the motorbike rider was confirmed deceased. His family have been informed.
Investigation underway
The white Ford Transit van driver was located at the scene and is assisting police with their investigation.
Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is now appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or saw the vehicles shortly before it happened to come forward.
