Man dies following collision involving Jaguar on M2 near Medway

Police appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage

A man has died in hospital following a serious collision on the M2 near Medway services.

The incident occurred at approximately 8pm on Thursday 15th January, on the coastbound lane of the motorway.

Emergency services attended reports of a single-vehicle collision involving a gold-coloured Jaguar XF.

The driver, a man in his 50s, was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries. Despite medical efforts, he sadly died on Saturday (17th January).

Police investigation

An investigation by Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is ongoing to establish the circumstances around this fatal incident.

Appeal for information

Officers are urging witnesses to come forward, including anyone who may have dashcam footage of the collision or the Jaguar moments before the incident.
