Emergency services have been called to a building fire in Rochester.

Earlier advice for people to avoid Rochester high street has been removed.

Five fire engines attended scene and crews, wearing breathing apparatus, used main jets to extinguish a commercial building on fire.

There were no reported injuries and the cause has been linked to a tumble dryer.
