Cyclist seriously injured in Ebbsfleet Valley crash

A two car collision on the A2 near Ebbsfleet Valley has also left a cyclist with serious injuries.
A red Audi A1 left the eastbound carriageway at Watling Street and collided with barriers at the roundabout for the A2260.
A second vehicle, thought to be a BMW, left the scene.
The collision happened on the afternoon on Saturday 26th April, with the details just released by Kent Police.
Two cyclists were riding on the path next to the road at the time of the crash.
A man suffered serious injuries to his foot and was taken to hospital in London.
A teenage boy also needed hospital treatment following the collision - both have since been discharged to continue their recovery.
Police arrested a 23 year old woman from Swanscombe at the scene, on suspicion of causing serious injury be dangerous driving.
She's been bailed pending further enquiries.
There's now an appeal for witnesses to the incident to come forward with any information, especially dashcam footage from the area.
