Body found in search for missing man from Canterbury

Police searching for a missing man from Canterbury have found a body in Covert Wood, Barham.

Officers attended the area yesterday afternoon (Sunday 18th January), where a man was pronounced deceased at the scene.

While formal identification has not yet taken place, the family of a missing 27-year-old man from Barham have been informed.

The death is not being treated as suspicious, and a report is being prepared for the coroner.
