Appeal for witnesses after fatal crash on A20 in Harrietsham

Police are urging witnesses to come forward following a fatal crash on the A20 Ashford Road in Harrietsham.
The incident occurred near the junction with Holm Mill Lane at around 2.05am on Saturday 25th July 2026.
A man in his 20s lost his life at the scene when the red Ford Focus he was travelling in overturned.
Officers say his next of kin has been informed, and they are being supported.
A second man, also in his 20s and a passenger in the car, sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
He has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and taken to hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing to individuals who witnessed the incident or who may have video footage, including any recordings of the vehicle before the crash.
