Appeal after man assaulted in Gravesend

The victim suffered injuries to his head and face

CCTV images have been released after a man was attacked in Gravesend over Christmas.

Police were called in the early hours of Saturday 27th December after reports a man had been attacked by a group on New Road near the junction with King Street.

The victim was left with head and facial injuries.

He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and was later discharged.

Detectives have now released images of five people who may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone who recognises any of the men, or anyone with relevant information about the incident, is urged to come forward.

Witnesses should contact Kent Police or Crimestoppers.
