Police are investigating after a man was injured in an attempted knife-point robbery in Knaresborough.
Officers say it happened at around 10.30pm on Friday 7 August on Wetherby Road near The Lido.
A man was approached by three unknown men and threatened with a knife.
He challenged the suspects and was left with minor injuries that he went to hospital for.
The suspects fled the scene empty-handed.
Detectives are now appealing for anyone with information or CCTV footage of the attempted robbery to call 101, email [email protected] or visit the North Yorkshire Police website.
