A 24 hour helpline has been set up.
As winter pressures approach and the second wave of Covid-19 continues, there's been a rise in the number of doctors and nurses on the frontlines of Grimsby hospital asking for help.
The Trust in charge is offering a 24 hour helpline and one to one sessions.
Over the last week alone 10 members of staff have requested support.
That's much higher than usual.
