Fourth man charged in connection with arson in Grimsby

Police in North East Lincolnshire have confirmed a fourth man has been charged after reports of a suspected arson in Grimsby.

Officers were called to Barmouth Drive in Grimsby at around 12.40am on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.

Five vehicles were discovered to be on fire.

Since then, 4 people have been charged in connection.

Police revealed today that David Maddison is the latest to be charged.

The 37-year-old, of Beeson Street, Grimsby, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life.

He was remanded into custody to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday, 22 October 2025).
