Cyclist killed in Northern Lincolnshire crash

A man has died after a crash involving a bike and two cars in Northern Lincolnshire.

The 59-year-old was riding the bike at the time of the incident near Winterton on Wednesday evening (15/01).

Emergency services were called around 7.45 pm that night to reports of an incident, between North Street and Holmes Lane near Winterton, involving a white Seat Leon.

It's also believed a Vauxhall Corsa was involved.

Police say a 59-year-old cyclist was pronounced deceased at the scene, with his family now being supported by specially trained officers.

Humberside Police are now appealing to speak with anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident, seen either of the vehicles or the cyclist prior to the collision, or has CCTV or dashcam footage.
