Shaun Maloney and Mark Fotheringham offered 'wage cuts' by Celtic

Celtic have offered Shaun Maloney and Mark Fotheringham substantial wage cuts to return as part of Martin O'Neill's management team.
The pair played an integral part in helping the club to a Premiership and Scottish Cup double last season across two interim spells.
Martin O'Neill is understood to have agreed an initial one-year deal to stay on next campaign - but no official announcement has been made by the club.
Reports now suggest Maloney and Fotheringham have told they would need to take a pay cut to join the legendary manager.
The Scottish Sun say a "take-it-or-leave-it" deal has been tabled by Parkhead chiefs for the pair who are not expected to accept the terms as they stand.
A deal for O'Neill to stay on as manager could be delayed until a solution is reached with his trusted coaches.
Any failure to reach an agreement could throw his future into doubt.
