Man assaulted at Johnstone station after challenging another man urinating

Officers are investigating after a man was assaulted when he challenged another man who was urinating at Johnstone Station last month.

It happened on Saturday July 26 around 10pm on Platform 1.

The second man then grabbed the first by the beck, almost pushing him onto the tracks, before shoving him onto the floor and repeatedly punching him.

He then left the station and got into a taxi.
