Celtic defender Cameron Carter-Vickers is facing up to five months out with an achilles injury.

The centre back went down injured following a challenge in stoppage time of Thursday's 2-1 win over Sturm Graz in the Europa League.

It is a blow for Brendan Rodgers' and his side, who also have to contend with other injury problems.

Alistair Johnston and Kelechi Iheanacho were both substituted in the first half of the same game, and will be side-lined with hamstring problems.

Daizen Maeda's fitness is also questionable.

Celtic face league leaders Hearts on Sunday.

They currently trail Derek McInnes' men by five points.
