£100,000 of cannabis discovered in Paisley

Officers have seized around £100,000 of cannabis in Paisley.

The discovery was made at a premises on Camphill Court around noon on Tuesday.

A 38-year-old man and 36-year-old woman were arrested and charged, and a report was submitted to the Procurator Fiscal. They were due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 22 October, 2025.

Detective Inspector Euan McMillan said: "This was a significant recovery, and it underlines our commitment to disrupting drug-related crime in our communities.

"It also reflects our ongoing work in support of the Serious Organised Crime Taskforce and the country's Serious Organised Crime Strategy.

"Information from the public is vital to our efforts and I would encourage anyone with concerns about drugs activity to contact Police Scotland on 101, or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
