Witness appeal following fatal collision in Waltham Abbey
A woman in her 90s was taken to hospital in a serious condition and has since died
Essex Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision that has resulted in the death of an elderly woman.
Emergency services were called to Leverton Way just before 10:30am on Tuesday 20 January. It followed reports of a collision involving a silver Citroen C4 and pedestrian in Waltham Abbey.
The pedestrian, a woman in her 90s, was taken to hospital in a serious condition, and has since died.
Officers are urging anyone with information or dash-cam footage in relation to the collision to come forward in order to support their investigation.
