Dan Turpin, Community Engagement Manager, said:

"The Community Fund relaunched in 2023, and since then has awarded over £500,000 to local communities around Stansted Airport.

"We want to make sure that we are a good neighbour, and that we are contributing to the local community.

"All groups that apply have to be within a 10 mile radius of the airport.

"The best thing is when we hear the stories coming back about how our pot of money has supported those groups.

"For us to be able to give that piece of equipment is really great."
