Teenager boy injured after Rayleigh assault

A teenage boy has been injured after an assault in Rayleigh.

Officers were called to reports of a disturbance and fight in Priory Chase, near the Asda store, at just after 10.30pm on Friday.

The 15-year-old victim needed treatment in hospital for an injury to his ear.

Essex police said:
