Suspect charged after man injured in Grays fight
A man was taken to hospital with shoulder injuries
A suspect been charged after a man was injured in fight in Grays.
Officers responded to reports of a fight in Hampden Road shortly after 2.20pm on Friday (28 February).
A man was found with injuries to his shoulder and taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers began enquiries into the incident and traced a suspect to an address in Romford where a man was arrested.
Shondell Pemberton, 35, of Abbs Cross Lane, Hornchurch has been charged with GBH with intent and possession of a knife or sharp pointed article in a public place.
He is due to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 3 March).
