Serious injuries in separate Essex collisions involving motorbike and cycle
Police appeal for witnesses to Dunmow Road and Sewardstone Road crashes
Police are appealing for information following two separate collisions in Essex on Saturday 27th June.
In Great Easton, a collision occurred involving a black Harley Davidson motorbike and a black Lexus on Dunmow Road (B184) at around 12.10pm.
The motorbike rider, a man in his 60s, sustained serious injuries and was transported to hospital, though his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers are keen to receive any CCTV, dash cam, or other footage that might help understand the cause of the collision.
Witnesses are encouraged to contact Essex Police.
In a separate incident in Waltham Abbey, a crash took place involving a cyclist and a car, a white BMW 335i Sport Coupe, at around 12.20pm on Sewardstone Road, near the junction with Farm Hill Road.
The cyclist, a woman in her 60s, also suffered serious injuries and was hospitalised, but her condition is not considered life-threatening.
Police are urging anyone with footage or information regarding this collision to come forward.
