Police seek witnesses to fatal motorcycle crash in Manningtree

48-year-old motorcyclist has died following a collision with a car

Police are appealing for information after a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and a car in Manningtree has left a 48-year-old man dead.

The incident took place on Clacton Road at approximately 3.45pm on Wednesday, 8th April.

Although paramedics worked tirelessly at the scene, the motorcyclist did not survive.

A passenger on the motorcycle remains in a serious but stable condition.

Essex Police are asking for witnesses and dashcam footage that could aid the investigation into the crash.
