Police investigate Basildon crash

It happened on Saturday

Officers, investigating a collision in Basildon, are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.

It involved a pedestrian and a black Jaguar XF outside Lidl on Miles Gray Road, at around 2.40pm on Saturday 21 February.

The woman pedestrian, in her 60s, was taken to hospital, after she sustained cuts and bruises.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and has been released, pending further enquiries.
