Police appeal for witnesses after man seriously assaulted in Basildon
A man in his thirties sustained neck injuries during the assault in the Lincoln Road area.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously assaulted in Basildon.
The incident took place at around 12.20pm yesterday afternoon in the Lincoln Road area of the town.
A man in his 30s was assaulted by two men near Ashlyn’s Roundabout and Northlands Park. He suffered neck injuries and was treated by paramedics at the scene.
The two suspects were last seen leaving Northlands Park and were heading towards Parkside.
Officers are now investigating the incident and would like to hear from anyone who may have information or footage from the Lincoln Road area at around the time of the assault.
