Man in his 80s has died after Harwich collision

A man in his 80s has died after a collision in Harwich.

It happened on Main Road, close to the junction with King George’s Avenue, on Wednesday 27 November 2024.

Essex police were called at 7.40am after the incident involving a Ford transit van and a pedestrian.

A man in his 80s died in hospital on Tuesday 10 December.

Investigating officers are now appealing for witnesses and anyone with more information to come forward.
