Southend United has announced the appointment of Kieron Dyer as the new head coach on an initial two-year contract, with the option for a third year.
Arriving from his role as First-Team Coach at Chesterfield, Dyer brings a wealth of experience from his playing career and coaching roles, including Ipswich Town where he worked across the academy and first team.
