An investigation is underway a man was found dead near a block of flats in Westcliff early this morning (Friday 3rd July)
The incident happened at Balmoral Road around 6am, when police were alerted to a disturbance at the flats.
Emergency services arrived to find the man deceased outside the building.
His death is currently being treated as unexpected.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, with detectives conducting witness interviews, door-to-door enquiries, and CCTV reviews.
Residents in the area can expect to see a continued police presence throughout the day.
The police are appealing for information, particularly seeking CCTV or dash cam footage from Grampian flats and surrounding areas between midnight and 7am.
